Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your delivery of product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Before shipping your order, we’ll send you a video and images of the ordered product, including its serial number, Manufacturer number & order number (If applicable).
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The video of unboxing highlighting the discrepancy between the expected ordered and received product.
- A receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your item must be unused and in the in the original packaging.
