HY-SRF05 (Ultrasonic Distance Measuring Sensor Module)
The HY-SRF05 is an ultrasonic emitter/receiver used to measure distance with a precision of ~0.3cm. It sends out a 40 KHz square wave signal that reflects on objects in front of the sensor. This signal is then read back by the sensor and the duration of the received signal is reflected on the ECHO pin.

(1) the IO trigger range, high level signal for at least 10 us;
(2) module automatically sent eight 40 KHZ square wave, automatically detect whether there is signal to return;
(3) have returned signal, through the IO output high level, the duration of the high level is the time of ultrasonic wave from launch to return. The test distance = (high level of time * sound velocity (340 m/S)) / 2
